ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Modifícase el Art. 1° de la Ordenanza N° - - - - - - - - - 7.943/23, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:

 

      “ART.1°: Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a otorgar la Licitación Privada 13/2023 a la empresa RED SERV S.R.L., para la obra “Red de Gas en Pueblo San José”, quien cotiza la misma en $12.979.712,13 (pesos doce millones novecientos setenta y nueve mil setecientos doce con 13 ctvos.), por ser el único oferente…”

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, cúmplase, publíquese y - - - - - - - oportunamente, archívese.-
