Visto

La apertura de la Licitación Pública No O4l23, 'VENTA POR LICITACION PUBLICA DE TERRENO ClRC.ll, SECc, B, MZA,48c, Pc, 9, ORD. MUN. 3961/2022";

Considerando

Que reunida la Comisión de pre-adjudicación, y evaluando que se remitió el Expediente al Honorable Concejo Deliberante y el mismo autoriza la oferta del único oferente, mediante la Ordenanza No 3988/2023, con fecha 27 de Abril del 2023, se le aconseja al señor lntendente Municipal adjudicar al oferente Sr Francisco CUESTA LOPEZ, por un valor de PESOS CINCO MILLONES QUTNTENTOS MIL ($5.500.000), según detalle adjunto;

Es por ello, que en uso de sus facultades y atribuciones
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL
DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º: Adjudicar la Licitación Pública Nº 04/23, 'VENTA POR LICITACIÓN PUBLICA DE TERRENO ClRC.ll, SECC, B, MZA, 48c, Pc, 9, ORD. MUN. 3961/2022", al oferente Sr. Francisco CUESTA LOPEZ, por un valor de PESOS CINCO MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL ($5.500 000) según detalle adjunto.-
ARTICULO 2º. El presente DECRETO será refrendado por el SECRETARIO GRAL DE COORDINACIÓN Y GOBIERNO.-
ARTICULO 3º: Comuniquese, regístrese y archívese.-
