ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a - - - - - - - - - proceder a adjudicar la Licitación Pública 19/22, Obra: “Construcción 25 Viviendas Solidaridad (Sector C) de Pueblo Santa Trinidad”,  a la firma Terra Ingeniería S.A., quien cotizó en $ 153.995.338,24;  por ser la única oferta  de acuerdo a los términos estipulados en el correspondiente Pliego de Bases y Condiciones generales y particulares.

 

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Regístrese, comuníquese a quienes - - - - - - - - - - - - -  corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente archívese.-
