ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Incorpórese al Dominio Municipal el bien - - - - - - - - - nomenclatura catastral: Circ.XV-Secc.A- Ch 64-Fracción II- Parc.7- Partida N° 34794 (024),Reserva de Equipamiento Comunitario, dicho inmueble fue cedido por plano característica 24-77-2012 en el marco de la Ley 8912/77 de Ordenamiento Territorial y Uso del Suelo y por Art.2° del Decreto Ley 9533/80 constituyen bienes de dominio municipal.-

 

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al D. Ejecutivo y a - - - - - - - -quienes corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-
