ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Incorpórese al Dominio Municipal el bien - - - - - - - - - nomenclatura catastral: Circ.XV-Secc.A- Ch 64-Fracción IX- Parc.1- Partida N° 34827 (024), dicho inmueble fue cedido por plano característica 24-77-2012 en el marco de la Ley 8912/77 de Ordenamiento Territorial y Uso del Suelo y por Art.1° del Decreto Ley 9533/80.-

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Aféctase al Dominio Público por ser un Espacio - - - - - - - Verde y Libre al Público.-

 

ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al D. Ejecutivo y a - - - - - - - -quienes corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-
