EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE TANDIL SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE:

ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1º: Autorízase al Sistema Integrado de Salud Publica Ente Descentralizado, representado por su Presidente Med. Matías Tringler, a aceptar la única oferta presentada por la firma “Sistemas Ambientales S.A.”, en la Licitación Privada Nº 12-02-23 referente a “Contratación del servicio de recolección, transporte, tratamiento y disposición final de residuos patológicos”, por un importe total de PESOS NUEVE MILLONES CIENTO CINCUENTA Y SIETE MIL QUINIENTOS CON 00/100 ($9.157.500,00.-), ello en el marco de lo establecido en el Artículo 155º de la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades.

ARTÍCULO 2º: Regístrese, dése al Libro de Actas y comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo.
