ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Incorpórese al Dominio Municipal el bien - - - - - - - - - nomenclatura catastral: Circ. X – Secc. D– Mz. 36f – Parc.11 – Partida Inmobiliaria: 35.142(024), Reserva de Equipamiento Comunitario, dicho inmueble fue cedido ´por plano característica 24-02-2021 en el marco de la Ley 8912/77 de Ordenamiento Territorial y Uso del Suelo y por Art. 2° del Decreto Ley 9533/80.-.-

 

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - -Ejecutivo, cúmplase y oportunamente archívese.
