ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a - - - - - - - - - otorgar la Licitación Pública 08/22 a la firma CONDISER S.R.L., por ser el único oferente, para la “CONSTRUCCION DEL SUM PARA PARQUE INDUSTRIAL” de acuerdo al pliego de bases y condiciones generales y particulares que forman parte de la presente y que figuran en el Expte. 4028-MCS-281/22, quien cotiza la obra  en $ 10.500.000,00 (Pesos diez millones quinientos mil).-

 

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Regístrese, comuníquese a quienes - - - - - - - - - - - - corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente - - - - -archívese.-
