ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Autorícese al Intendente Municipal a firmar - - - - - - - -la Escritura Traslativa de Dominio sin Hipoteca del lote municipal, nomenclatura catastral: XV – B – Mz 124 BB- Parc.2, a favor de la Sra. HOLZMANN, Amelia Alicia y el Sr. CARROZZE, Pedro Eulogio.-

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Requiérase la intervención de Escribanía - - - - - - - - - General de Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, a fin de realizar los trámites de rigor sin hipoteca, atento haber cancelado el saldo del precio.-

 

ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - Ejecutivo, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-
