Visto

la situación de los agentes que cumplen tareas de recolección de residuos en nuestra ciudad, Huanguelén, Pueblos Alemanes y Villa La Arcadia,  y –

Considerando

Que es necesario reconocer el trabajo de los mismos, teniendo en cuenta el buen cumplimiento y desempeño  de dichas tareas, fuera de su horario habitual de trabajo;

Que resulta competente el Departamento Ejecutivo, instituir con carácter transitorio otorgar bonificaciones,   conforme art. 14 in fine del CCT;

Por ello, el Intendente Municipal del Partido, en uso de sus atribuciones-

D E C R E T A

ART. 1º: Déjase sin efecto sin efecto el Decreto  n° 864 de fecha 19 de abril  de  - - - - - 2022.-

ART. 2°: Establécese una Bonificación Mensual, de carácter no  remunerativo,                 - - - - - - desde el 1° de mayo al 30 de junio del corriente año,  a los agentes que se detallan, a saber:
