Visto
que mediante diversos actos administrativos, se designaron a varios agentes, y
Considerando
Que la División Designaciones de la Secretaria de Educación, ha consignado erróneamente la fecha de finalización de las mencionadas designaciones, correspondiendo dejar establecida la correcta, siendo ésta hasta el 23 de diciembre de 2022.
Por ello, en uso de las facultades que le son propias
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL
D E C R E T A
ARTÍCULO 1º.- Déjase expresamente establecido que la fecha correcta de finalización de las designaciones de los agentes que se mencionan en el Anexo I que forma parte integrante del presente Decreto, es hasta el 23 de diciembre de 2022 y no las consignadas en los actos administrativos indicados en el referido Anexo, por las razones expuestas en el exordio.
ARTÍCULO 2º.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor SECRETARIO DE EDUCACIÓN.
ARTÍCULO 3º.- Regístrese, dése al Boletín Municipal y comuníquese por la Dirección de Personal.
