RECTIFICA DETO-2022-546-E-MUNINUE-INT

Visto

El Decreto DTO-2022-546-E-MUNINUE-INT y.

Considerando

Que habiéndose detectado error involuntario, corresponde modificar el decreto mencionado, dictando el acto administrativo rectificatorio del mismo.

Por ello, el Intendente Municipal de 9 de Julio, en uso de sus atribuciones, DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º: Rectifícase el DTO-2022-546-E-MUNINUE-INT, haciendo constar mediante el presente lo siguiente:

donde dice:

"Circ: XV, Secc: B, Ch: 126, Manz: 126t, Parc: 7.-"

debe decir :

“Circ: XV, Secc: B, Ch: 126, Manz: 126t, Parc: 1.-"

ARTICULO 2º: Refrenda el presente Decreto el Señor Secretario de Vivienda y Urbanismo.

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese a quienes corresponda y regístrese.
