ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Incorpórese al Dominio Municipal el bien - - - - - - - -nomenclatura catastral: Circ.XV-Secc.B- Mz.154bc- Parc.4-Partida N° 17.042 (024) Reserva de Equipamiento Comunitario, dicho inmueble fue cedido por plano característica 24-23-2021 en el marco de la Ley 8912/77 de Ordenamiento Territorial y Uso del Suelo y por ARt. 2° del Decreto Ley 9533/80 constituyen bienes de dominio municipal.-

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Aféctese al Dominio Público por ser un - - - - - - - - - - Espacio Verde y Libre al Público.-

 

ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - Ejecutivo, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-
