Visto

  La nota presentada por el Delegado Municipal de Santa Clara del Mar Sr. Antonio Victor Contardo, solicitando Licencia por Descanso Anual correspondientes al año 2020; y          

Considerando

   Las disposiciones de la  Ley 14.656/14, Art. 29º y 30º y cdtes;

   Por ello, 

                                            EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES

                                                                                                      DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º: DENIEGASE por razones de servicio, al DELEGADO MUNICIPAL DE SANTA CLARA DEL MAR, SR. ANTONIO VICTOR CONTARDO, Legajo N° 1315 la Licencia por Descanso Anual correspondiente al año 2020 (28 días totales), las que serán otorgadas indefectiblemente en el año 2022.

ARTICULO 2º: El presente decreto será refrendado por el Sr. Secretario General, Arq. Walter M. Wischnivetzky.

ARTICULO 3º: NOTIFIQUESE, al interesado en legal forma, comuníquese a quienes corresponda y dese al Registro Oficial.
