Visto

  La nota presentada por el Director de Infraestructura y Mantenimiento Arq. Erice Sergio Eduardo, Legajo N° 768  a efectos se le otorgue Licencia por Descanso Anual correspondiente al año 2020; y

Considerando

 Las disposiciones de la  Ley 14.656/14, Art. 29º y 30º y cdtes;

 Por ello,

                                                          EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES,

                                                                                                                  DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º: DENIEGASE por razones de servicio, al DIRECTOR DE INFRAESTRUCTURA Y MANTENIMIENTO, Arq ERICE SERGIO EDUARDO, Legajo N° 768, la Licencia por Descanso Anual correspondiente al año 2020 (35 días totales), las que serán otorgadas indefectiblemente en el año 2022.

ARTICULO 2º: El presente decreto será refrendado por el Sr. Secretario General, Arq. Walter M. Wischnivetzky.

ARTICULO 3º: NOTIFIQUESE, al interesado en legal forma, comuníquese a quienes corresponda y dese al Registro Oficial.
