Considerando

La Ordenanza sancionada, con fecha 14 de Enero de 2.021 por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de este partido referente a la aceptación formal, en los términos de los Arts. 57 y ccs. de la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades, la donación de UN (1) MOSTRADOR ELABORACION MPAL. 1.20; UN (1) BANCO C/4 SILLAS PLASTICAS EST/MET; CINCO (5) SILLAS DE PINO CRUDO; 1 (UN) ESCRITORIO MDF/MELAMINA 1.20; 1 (UN) ESCRITORIO MDF/MELAMINA 0.90/0.40; 1 (UN) MUEBLE DE MELAMINA TIPO ARCHIVERO; 3 (TRES) SILLAS APILABLES COLOR AZUL ESTRUCTURA DE CAÑO; 1 (UN) ESCRITORIO MELAMINA COLOR HAYA 1.20/0.70; 1 (UN) SILLA ANTIGUA COLOR GRIS; 1 (UN) SILLON DE CAÑO COLOR BORDO; 1 (UN) MUEBLE ARCHIVERO COLOR GRIS; 2 (DOS) SILLAS DE OFICINA COLOR AZUL; 1 (UN) ESCRITORIO ANTIGUO C/PATAS METÁLICAS; 1 (UN) ESCRITORIO MDF/MELAMINA(BCO.  Que en consecuencia es menester dictar el pertinente acto administrativo conforme lo previsto por el Art. 108 inc. 2 de la L.O.M.-

Por ello, el INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL del Partido de Coronel de Marina Leonardo Rosales, en uso de sus facultades; DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º.- Promúlgase, acúsese recibo y quede registrada bajo el número 3995 la Ordenanza sancionada, con fecha 14 de Enero de 2.021 por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Coronel Rosales referenciada anteriormente y que forma parte de estas actuaciones.-

 

ARTICULO 2º.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por la Señorita Secretaria de Gobierno.-

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Regístrese.- Tomen conocimiento la Secretaría de Economía y el Dpto. de Patrimonio, déjese constancia de ello en el expediente, notifíquese por su intermedio a las jerarquías inferiores que corresponda.- Hecho, archívese.-
