ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1º.- Convalidase el “Contrato de Comodato” suscripto entre la Municipalidad de Roque Pérez y las herederas de César Diógenes Gotuzzo –Silvia Mabel Gotuzzo y Rosana Gotuzzo- , relativo a otorgar en comodato el inmueble de la antigua casona perteneciente al Doctor César Gotuzzo.

        Dicho convenio es parte integrante de la presente.-

                           

ARTICULO 2º.- Comuníquese al departamento Ejecutivo.-
