ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Convalídese el Convenio suscripto el día 23 - - - - - - -de marzo de 2021, entre el MINISTERIO DE INFRAESTRUCTURA Y SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES y la MUNICIPALIDAD DE CORONEL SUAREZ para la financiación de la obra “SEMI PEATONAL MITRE”, por un monto de Pesos Quince millones doscientos cuarenta y nueve mil ochocientos treinta y seis con cuarenta y tres centavos ($15.249.836,43) en el marco del Fondo de Infraestructura Municipal, Art. 45, Ley N° 15.225.- El mismo forma parte de la presente como Anexo.-

ARTICULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - - Ejecutivo y a quienes corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-
