ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Convalídese el Convenio suscripto el día 23 - - - - - - -de marzo de 2021, entre el MINISTERIO DE INFRAESTRUCTURA Y SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES y la MUNICIPALIDAD DE CORONEL SUAREZ para la financiación de la obra “CICLO VIA ETAPA I”, por un monto de Pesos diecisiete millones cuatrocientos ochenta y seis mil doscientos ochenta y ocho con 93/00 ($17.486.288,93), en el marco del Fondo de Infraestructura Municipal, Art. 45, Ley N° 15.225.- El mismo forma parte de la presente como Anexo.-

ARTICULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - - Ejecutivo y a quienes corresponda, cúmplase y oportunamente, archívese.-

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL SUAREZ A LOS VEINTIDOS DIAS DEL MES DE ABRIL DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTIUNO.-
