COMBUSTIBLE PARA DISTINTAS ÁREAS - ADQUISICION.

Visto

El expediente Nº 4082-287/2017

El pedido del Señor Secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Secretario de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Secretaria de Gobierno, de combustible para sus diferentes áreas.

Las invitaciones a cotizar y los presupuestos presentados por distintas firmas.

El informe de la Oficina de Compras, quien aconseja la adquisición a la firma local que presentara la oferta mas conveniente a los intereses del Municipio.

Considerando

Que corresponde dictar acto administrativo expreso, de conformidad a las constancias enunciadas.

Por ello, el Intendente Municipal de 9 de Julio, en uso de sus atribuciones, DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º: Adjudicase la compra de combustible para distintas áreas, según detalle:

COTIZACIÓN Nº 836:

Activos SA (Los Pinos) – Importe total $ 289.480

COTIZACIÓN Nº 837:

Guazzaroni Greco SA – Importe total $ 183.500

COTIZACION Nº 839:

Activo SA (Los Pinos) – Importe total $ 16.261,60

Petroguazz SA – Importe total $ 54.134

COTIZACION Nº 840:

Petroguaz SA – Importe total $ 77.867,80

COTIZACION Nº 841:

Petroguaz SA – Importe total $ 180.297,45

COTIZACION Nº 842:

Activos SA (Los Pinos) – Importe total $ 50.869,50

Importe Total de la Licitación: $ 852.410,35

ARTICULO 2º: Refrenda el presente Decreto el Señor Secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Secretaria de Vivienda y Urbanismo y Secretaria de Gobierno.

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese a quienes corresponda y regístrese.
