ORDENANZA

O R D E N A N Z A   Nº   5 1 3 0  / 1 0

ARTÍCULO 1º: Homológase el ACUERDO de Contraprestación celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Puan y la DIRECCIÓN DE VIALIDAD DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, para realizar tareas en los caminos de tierra de la Red Vial Provincial, dentro del Distrito de Puan.

ARTÍCULO 2º: Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos y cumplido, archívese.

DADA EN EL RECINTO DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, EN SESIÓN DE PRORROGA PÚBLICA, A NUEVE DIAS DE DICIEMBRE DE DOS MIL DIEZ.
