ORDENANZA

O R D E N A N Z A   Nº   5 6 4 3 / 1 2

ARTÍCULO 1º.  Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a ARRENDAR las instalaciones  del RESTAURANTE ubicadas en la Terminal de Ómnibus de la localidad de Puan, en el marco del Artículo 55ª de la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades.

ARTÍCULO 2º.-  Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos y  cumplido archívese.-

 DADA EN EL RECINTO DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, EN SESIÓN ORDINARIA PÚBLICA A DIEZ DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DE DOS MIL DOCE.
