ORDENANZA

O R D E N A N Z A   Nº  6 3 4 3 / 1 5

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Homológase el Contrato de Comodato suscripto con la EMPRESA   FERROEXPRESO PAMPEANO S.A. por el cual cede en comodato las instalaciones detalladas en el Anexo I del mismo, por el término de diez (10) años, contados a partir del 15 de octubre de 2015.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus   efectos y  cumplido, archívese.-
