ORDENANZA

O R D E N A N Z A   Nº  6 1 8 3 / 1 5

ARTÍCULO 1°.-  Modifícase el ARTÍCULO 3º de la ORDENANZA Nº 6133/14  quedando redactado de la siguiente manera:

“ARTÍCULO 3º.- Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a transferir a título oneroso al Fondo Fiduciario Público PRO.CRE.AR., los terrenos propiedad del Municipio, cuyos datos catastrales son los siguientes:

CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN I, SECCIÓN B, MANZANA 51m, Parcelas 1 a 18, inclusive;

CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN I,  SECCIÓN B, MANZANA 51n, Parcelas 1,6,7,8,9,14,15,16,17 y 18, haciendo un total de 28 lotes.” 

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo  a sus  efectos  y  cumplido, archívese.-
