DESIGNANDO ADICIONAL POR EXCLUSIVIDAD A  FUNCIONARIOS DE LA PLANTA POLÍTICA

Visto

El DECRETO 5918/15 estableciendo categorías para los funcionarios dentro de la nueva Escala Salarial establecida por DECRETO 5887/15 para quienes integran la PLANTA POLÍTICA  de la Municipalidad de Lincoln.-

 

Considerando

Que, de acuerdo a lo normado por el art. 192 inc. 3 de la Constitución de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, arts. 108 inc. 9, 178 y 181 de la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades -Decreto Ley 6769/58- el titular del Departamento Ejecutivo deberá designar a los funcionarios que tendrán a su cargo las distintas áreas de la administración municipal, seleccionando libremente a las personas en que recaerá su designación.

Que, es potestad del Intendente municipal instituir el salario de sus funcionarios y colaboradores.-

Que en diferentes Decretos, además de los mencionados precedentemente, se han realizado designaciones de funcionarios para la Planta Política de la Municipalidad de Lincoln.-

Que, en consecuencia de lo expuesto, el señor  INTENDENTE de la MUNICIPALIDAD DE LINCOLN EN USO DE SUS ATRIBUCIONES

Decreta

ARTÍCULO 1º: Designase el adicional por Exclusividad del 70% según lo establecido por el DECRETO 5887/15 a los siguientes funcionarios de la PLANTA POLÍTICA:
