RECTIFICA DTO-2025-1496-E-MUNINUE-INT.

Visto

El DTO-2025-1496-E-MUNINUE-INT. 

Considerando

Que se ha incurrido en error en la referencia del mismo al citar el modo de Licitación.

Que corresponde salvar dicho error dictando el acto administrativo rectificatorio del mismo.

Por ello, la Intendente Municipal de 9 de Julio, en uso de sus atribuciones, DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º: Rectifícase el DTO-2025-1496-E-MUNINUE-INT., haciendo constar mediante el presente lo siguiente:

donde dice:

"Referencia: LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA Nº 30 - COMBUSTIBLE GRANEL - LLAMADO."

debe decir :

"Referencia: LICITACIÓN PRIVADA Nº 30 - COMBUSTIBLE GRANEL - LLAMADO."

ARTICULO 2º: Refrenda el presente Decreto el Señor Secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos.

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese a quienes corresponda y regístrese.
