ORDENANZA

VISTO:

El Decreto ad-referéndum N°1892/25 presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo y,

CONSIDERANDO:

Que corresponde a este Honorable Cuerpo autorizar el mismo.                    

POR ELLO: el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, en uso de sus facultades sanciona la  siguiente:

O R D E N A N Z A  N° 8 2 7 2 / 2 5

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Se aprueba en todos sus términos el Decreto ad-referéndum N° 1892/25 por el cual el Ente Descentralizado de Salud contrata Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil de Mala Praxis a la firma “Triunfo Cooperativa de Seguros Limitada”

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo, a sus efectos y  cumplido,  archívese.-   

APROBADA POR UNANIMIDAD EN EL RECINTO DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, EN SESIÓN ORDINARIA PÚBLICA A VEINTISÉIS DÍAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTICINCO.
