AUMENTO DEL VALOR DEL MODULO SALARIAL A PARTIR DEL MES DE ENERO DE 2024 PARA AGENTES MUNICIPALES.-
Visto
La necesidad de proceder a aumentar el valor del módulo salarial a partir del mes de Enero del corriente año, y
Considerando
Que la situación económica generada en estos últimos años ha repercutido directamente en los bolsillos de los empleados municipales en general por lo que se hace necesario realizar un aumento al valor del módulo salarial con el fin de que los mismos puedan mejorar su poder adquisitivo ante la escalada de precios,
Que este aumento del 50% del valor del módulo representa un gran esfuerzo económico para esta administración, más considerando la mala situación de la economía en general de la que este municipio tampoco escapa,
Que el valor de módulo salarial pasará de $312,53 a $468,80, siendo este monto remunerativo y bonificable, por lo que repercutirá en las bonificaciones por antigüedad, titulo, etc., que se pagan al personal, además de beneficiar a los empleados municipales jubilados que también verán dicho aumento reflejado en sus jubilaciones;
Que el presente decreto se dicta ad-referéndum de la aprobación del H.C.D.,
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY ORGANICA DE LAS MUNICIPALIDADES,
D E C R E T A:
ARTÍCULO 1º: Modifíquese la Ordenanza 37/2022, prorrogada por decreto 003/2024 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, sustituyendo el artículo 8º y 9º, los que quedarán redactados de la siguiente manera:
“ARTICULO 8º: Fíjese el valor del módulo salarial a partir del mes de Enero 2024, a los fines de la determinación del sueldo mínimo según el coeficiente de asignaciones del escalafón, en la suma de PESOS CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA Y OCHO CON 80/100 ($468,80)”.-
“Artículo 9º: Fíjese el sueldo mínimo a partir del mes de Enero de 2024 en la suma de PESOS NOVENTA Y NUEVE MIL TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y CINCO CON 60/100 ($99.385,60) equivalente a la cantidad de doscientos doce (212) módulos, correspondiente a la categoría 16 ingresante del escalafón.-
Fíjese el sueldo mínimo de la Administración a partir del mes de Enero de 2024 en la suma de PESOS CIENTO NUEVE MIL SEISCIENTOS NOVENTA Y NUEVE CON 20/100 ($109.699,20), equivalente a la cantidad de doscientos treinta y cuatro (234) módulos, correspondiente a la categoría 14 del escalafón.-
Fíjese el sueldo mínimo del Personal Hospitalario a partir del mes de Enero de 2024 en la suma de PESOS CIENTO VEINTE MIL DOCE CON 80/100 ($120.012,80), equivalente a la cantidad de doscientos cincuenta y seis (256) módulos, correspondiente a la categoría 12 del escalafón.-”.-
ARTICULO 2º: Modifíquense los Anexos II, III y IV mencionados en el artículo 14º de la Ordenanza 37/2022, prorrogada por decreto 003/24 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, los que se agregan a la presente.-
ARTICULO 3º: El presente Decreto se dicta ad referéndum del HCD.-
ARTICULO 4º: De forma.-
