Visto

El Expte. Nº 552/25 en el cual se tramita el Concurso de Precios Nº 53/25 correspondiente a la “CONTRATACIÓN DE ALQUILER DE CAMIÓN PARA RECOLECCIÓN DE RAMAS PARA LA LOCALIDAD DE SANTA CLARA DEL MAR”; y

Considerando

Que el concurso de precios fue dispuesto por Decreto Nº 1272 de fecha 11 de julio de 2025, con un Presupuesto Oficial de Pesos Veintiséis Millones  ($ 26.000.000,00);

 Que en el día de la fecha, se realizó el acto de apertura, con la presentación de Cuatro (4) oferentes, conforme el siguiente detalle: A) El Sr. ZARATEGUI SERGIO FABIAN quien ha cotiza el Ítem N°1 por un total de Pesos Ocho Millones ($ 8.000.000,00), el Ítem N° 2 por un total de Pesos Ocho Millones Cuatrocientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 8.450.000,00), el Ítem N°3 por un total de Pesos Seis Millones Quinientos Mil ($ 6.500.000,00) y el Ítem N° 4 por un total de Pesos Nueve Millones Trescientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 9.350.000,00), haciendo un total de los Ítems cotizados por la suma de Pesos Treinta y Dos Millones Trescientos Mil ($32.300.000,00), B) El Sr. ARGONZ MAURICIO ALEJANDRO quien cotiza el Ítem N°1 por un total de Pesos Seis Millones Quinientos Mil ($ 6.500.000,00), el Ítem N° 2 por un total de Pesos Siete millones Trescientos Mil ($ 7.300.000,00), el Ítem N°3 por un total de Pesos Siete Millones Cien Mil ($ 7.100.000,00) y el Ítem N° 4 por un total de Pesos Ocho Millones Quinientos Mil ($ 8.500.000,00), haciendo un total de los Ítems cotizado Pesos Veintinueve Millones Cuatrocientos Mil ($ 29.400.000,00), C) El Sr. MACHICOTE MARIANO quien cotiza el Ítem N°1 por un total de Pesos Siete Millones Doscientos mil ($ 7.200.000,00), el Ítem N°2 por un total de Pesos Seis millones Quinientos Mil ($ 6.500.000,00), el Ítem N°3 por un total de Pesos Siete Millones Ochocientos Mil ($ 7.800.000,00) y el Ítem N° 4 por un total de Pesos Ocho Millones Trescientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 8.350.000,00) haciendo un total de los Ítems cotizado Pesos Veintinueve Millones Ochocientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 29.850.000,00) y D) El Sr. ALBA PABLO RAUL quien cotiza el Ítem N°1 por un total de Pesos Siete Millones ($7.000.000,00), el Ítem N°2 por un total de Pesos Siete millones Quinientos Mil ($ 7.500.000,00), el Ítem N°3 por un total de Pesos Siete Millones Cuatrocientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 7.450.000,00)  y el Ítem N° 4 por un total de Pesos Seis Millones Quinientos Mil ($ 6.500.000,00) haciendo un total de los Ítems cotizado Pesos Veintiocho Millones Cuatrocientos Cincuenta Mil ($ 28.450.000,00);

  Por ello,

EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES,

D  E  C  R  E  T  A

ARTICULO 1º: ADJUDICASE, el CONCURSO DE PRECIOS Nº 53/25 “CONTRATACION DE ALQUILER DE CAMION PARA RECOLECCION DE RAMAS DE RAMAS PARA LA LOCALIDAD DE SANTA CLARA DEL MAR” de la siguiente manera: el Ítem N°1 en un total de PESOS SEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL ($ 6.500.000,00) al Sr. ARGONZ MAURICIO ALEJANDRO, el Ítem N° 2  en un total de PESOS SEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL ($6.500.000,00) al Sr. MACHICOTE MARIANO, el Ítem N° 3 en un total de PESOS SEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL ($6.500.000,00) al Sr. ZARATEGUI SERGIO FABIAN, y el Ítem N° 4 en un total de PESOS SEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL ($ 6.500.000,00) al Sr. ALBA PABLO RAUL, haciendo un total de los Ítems adjudicados por la suma de PESOS VEINTISEIS MILLONES ($ 26.000.000,00). 

ARTICULO 2º: La forma de pago será en un plazo de treinta (30) días desde la presentación de la factura y recepción de conformidad. 

ARTICULO 3º: El gasto ordenado en el artículo 1º será imputado a la Jurisdicción 1110134000 Delegación de Santa Clara del Mar – Cat Prog 44.05.00 - Fuente de Financiamiento 110 Tesoro Municipal. 

ARTICULO 4º: PROSÍGANSE las actuaciones a través de la Oficina de Compras.

ARTICULO 5º: El presente decreto será refrendado por la Secretaria de Economía Sra. Lallera Marcela Cecilia. 

ARTICULO 6º: NOTIFÍQUESE a quienes corresponda y dése al Registro Oficial.
