ORDENANZA

VISTO: El Decreto ad-referéndum N° 0636/25 presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo y,

CONSIDERANDO: Que corresponde a este Honorable Cuerpo desautorizar el mismo.

POR ELLO: el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, en uso de sus facultades sanciona la siguiente:

 

O R D E N A N Z A  N° 8 1 5 1 / 2 5

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Se desaprueba en todos sus términos el Decreto ad-referéndum N° 0636/25 por el cual se declara de Interés Municipal distintos eventos en el Distrito de Puan. ARTÍCULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo, y cumplido, archívese.DESAPROBADA POR MAYORIA DE OCHO CONCEJALES EN UN TOTAL DE DIEZ   DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, EN SESIÓN ORDINARIA PÚBLICA A VEINTITRÉS DÍAS DEL MES DE ABRIL DE DOS MIL VEINTICINCO.
