Visto

La nota presentada por el Delegado Municipal de Mar Chiquita Sr. Veble Edgardo Matías, solicitando Licencia por descanso anual correspondiente al año 2024; y              

Considerando

La Ley 14.656/16 en su Artículo 79º y 80°;

Por ello,

EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES,

DECRETA

ARTICULO 1º: OTORGASE, al DELEGADO MUNICIPAL DE MAR CHIQUITA Sr. VEBLE EDGARDO MATIAS - Legajo N° 3830, CUIL Nº 20-22757347-4, LICENCIA POR DESCANSO ANUAL, desde el día 21 de abril y hasta el día 04 de mayo de 2025, inclusive, (14 días totales del año 2024).

ARTICULO 2º: DESIGNASE, al Secretario de Producción y Trabajo y Director Corralón Municipal y Mantenimiento Coronel Vidal Interino Ad Honorem Sr. GARCIA SERGIO MARIANO, DNI Nº 27.624.256, CUIL Nº 20-27624256-4, Legajo N° 3509, como DELEGADO MUNICIPAL DE MAR CHIQUITA INTERINO AD HONOREM mientras dure la Licencia de la titular, de acuerdo a lo indicado en el Art 1º (desde el día 21 de abril y hasta el 04 de mayo, inclusive).

ARTICULO 3º: El presente decreto será refrendado por el Secretario de Gobierno Dr. Facundo Ariel Bochicchio.

ARTICULO 4º: NOTIFIQUESE, a los interesados en legal tiempo y forma, comuníquese a quienes corresponda y dése al Registro Oficial.
