EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CHACABUCO, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES ACUERDA Y SANCIONA:

ORDENANZA

 

ARTÍCULO 1º: Convalídese el Contrato de locación celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Chacabuco, representada en este acto por el Sr. Intendente Municipal, el Dr. Rubén Darío Golia (DNI 22.575.124) y el Sr. Héctor Oscar ALVAREZ, DNI 18.482.048, cuyo destino será para el funcionamiento de la Comisaria de la Mujer, en el inmueble sito en calle Alberdi Nº 62, de la Ciudad de Chacabuco (B).-                                                                                                                                                                                                         

 

ARTICULO 2º: Autorizase la afectación de fondos en futuros ejercicios.-

 

ARTÍCULO 3º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal e Inscríbase.
