EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CHACABUCO, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES ACUERDA Y SANCIONA: la siguiente

 

ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1º: Autorizase al Sr. Roberto Figueroa Dni 20.030.938, la excepción a la Ordenanza Nº 4915/09 y su modificatoria Ordenanza Nº 7112/17, para la venta de bebidas alcohólicas en el Anfiteatro Chacay-Ufco de la plaza General Paz, de la ciudad de Chacabuco, el dia 8 de febrero de 2025, en el horario de 20:30hs a 00:30hs, en el marco del evento a beneficio de categorías infantiles del Club Huracán.

 

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal e Inscríbase.
