EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CHACABUCO, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES, ACUERDA Y SANCIONA: la siguiente

ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1º: Condónese la deuda en concepto de Tasa de Seguridad e Higiene correspondiente al contribuyente Sr. Pedro Peliche, DNI 4.953.700, partida Nº 2988400.

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, inscríbase y archívese.

DADO: EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CHACABUCO, EN EL MARCO DE LA SESIÓN ORDINARIA Y PÚBLICA NUMERO MIL UNO (N° 1.001), LLEVADA A CABO EN LA ESCUELA DE ACTIVIDADES CULTURALES DE LA LOCALIDAD DE O´HIGGINS, A LOS TRECE DÍAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTICUATRO.-
