ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Convalídase el CONTRATO DE COMODATO  suscripto - - - - - - - el día 07 de  noviembre de 2024, entre la  DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE CULTURA Y EDUCACIÓN DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES y la Municipalidad de Coronel Suárez,  por el cual la Municipalidad de Coronel Suárez  cede en comodato el inmueble ubicado en Mariano Moreno n° 1395 de Coronel Suárez con destino al funcionamiento de la EE n° 501 y/o cualquier otro establecimiento educativo perteneciente al mismo, dependiente de la D.G.C.y E. de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.-

 

ARTICULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese a quienes corresponda, - - - - - -  cúmplase, publíquese y oportunamente, archívese.-
