ORDENANZA

VISTO:

El Decreto ad- referéndum N° 2234/24 presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo y,

CONSIDERANDO:

Que corresponde a este Honorable Cuerpo autorizar el mismo.

POR ELLO: el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, en uso de sus facultades sanciona la siguiente:

ORDENANZA N° 8 1 2 0 / 2 4

ARTÍCULO 1°.-  Apruébese en todos sus términos el Decreto ad-referéndum N° 2234/24 por el cual se autoriza a la Jefatura de Tránsito Municipal el corte de calles en la localidad de Puan, con motivo del lanzamiento de la TEMPORADA TURÍSTICA.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo, a sus efectos y  cumplido,  archívese.

APROBADA POR UNANIMIDAD EN EL RECINTO DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, EN SESIÓN DE PRÓRROGA PÚBLICA A VEINTISEIS  DÍAS DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTICUATRO.
