ORDENANZA

VISTO:

El Decreto ad- referéndum N° 1792/24 presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo y,

CONSIDERANDO:

Que corresponde a este Honorable Cuerpo autorizar el mismo.

POR ELLO: el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, en uso de sus facultades sanciona la siguiente:

ORDENANZA N° 8 0 6 8 / 2 4

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Apruébese en todos sus términos el Decreto ad-referéndum N° 1792/24 por el cual el Ente Descentralizado de Salud contrata Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil de mala praxis a la firma “Triunfo Cooperativa de seguros Limitada”

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo, al E.D.S., a sus  efectos y cumplido archívese.

APROBADA POR UNANIMIDAD EN EL RECINTO DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE PUAN, SESIÓN ORDINARIA PÚBLICA A VEINTITRÉS DÍAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTICUATRO.
