ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Condónase la deuda que mantiene la Asociación - - - - - - -Germano Argentina con esta Municipalidad por Derechos de Construcción del inmueble cuya nomenclatura es Circ.XV-Ch.218- Fr.5-Parc. 31b, Cuenta Municipal N° 14855/01, cuota 10/2023, según informe de deuda obrante a fs.18 del Expte.4028-MCS-667/24.-

ARTICULO 2°.- Condónase la deuda que mantiene la Asociación - - - - - - -Germano Argentina con esta Municipalidad por la Tasa de Seguridad e Higiene de la Cuenta Municipal N° 14855/01, cuotas 11 y 12/2023, según informe de deuda obrante a fs.21 del Expte.4028-MCS-667/24.-

ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese a quienes corresponda, - - - - - -  cúmplase, publíquese y oportunamente, archívese.-
