Visto
La necesidad de proceder al LLAMADO a LICITACIÓN PUBLICA N° 02/2024, para la “ADQUISICIÓN DE ROPA DE TRABAJO PARA PERSONAL MUNICIPAL”; y
Considerando
Que en consecuencia es procedente efectuar el mismo en los términos que establece la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades. -
Por ello;
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL;
D E C R E T A:
Artículo 1°. - Llámese a Licitación Pública N° 02/2024, para la “ADQUISICIÓN DE ROPA DE TRABAJO PARA PERSONAL MUNICIPAL” ascendiendo el Presupuesto Oficial a la suma de Pesos Cuarenta y Cuatro Millones Cuatrocientos Ochenta y Ocho Mil Setecientos Treinta y Ocho ($ 44.488.738,00) dividido en los siguientes objetos:

Artículo 2°. - La apertura de las Propuestas se efectuará en Secretaría Legal y Técnica, el día 30 de abril de 2024, a las 10:00 horas; reservándose la Municipalidad el derecho de escoger la propuesta más conveniente para sus intereses, como rechazar todas las ofertas. -
Artículo 3°. - Los interesados en formular Propuestas, solicitarán en la Oficina de Compras de la Municipalidad de General Viamonte el Pliego de Bases y Condiciones que rige la presente, de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 12:00 horas y hasta las 09:00 horas del día 30/04/2024, previo pago de Pesos Ochenta y Ocho Mil Novecientos Setenta y Siete con Cincuenta Centavos ($88.977,50) por el total de los objetos o según el objeto a Licitar, los cuales se detallan a continuación:
