DISPONIENDO LA APROBACIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE CONCESION DE LA LICITACION PUBLICA Nº 01/2016 DESTINADA A LA CONCESIÓN DEL ALQUILER DE CAMIONES VOLCADORES DESTINADOS A LA RECOLECCION DE ESCOMBROS, MONTÍCULOS Y RAMAS EN LA PLANTA URBANA Y BARRIO PERIFERICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LINCOLN, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SUSCRIPTO CON EL SR. VELAZQUEZ, ALBERTO GASTON

Visto

El Decreto Nº 1086/2016, mediante el cual se dispuso el llamado a Licitación Pública  Nº 01/2006, para la contratación de “ALQUILER DE CAMIONES VOLCADORES DESTINADOS A LA RECOLECCION DE ESCOMBROS, MONTÍCULOS Y RAMAS EN LA PLANTA URBANA Y BARRIOS PERIFERICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LINCOLN, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES” y el Decreto Nº 1404/2016, mediante el cual se dispuso el llamado a mejora de precios de la LICITACION PUBLICA Nº 01/2016 – EXPEDIENTE Nº 4065-0044/16 PARA LA CONTRATACION DE “ALQUILER DE CAMIONES VOLCADORES DESTINADOS A LA RECOLECCION DE ESCOMBROS, MONTÍCULOS Y RAMAS EN LA PLANTA URBANA Y BARRIOS PERIFERICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LINCOLN, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES”;

Considerando

El Decreto Nº 1481/16, por el cual se adjudicó dicha Licitación a la firma “VELAZQUEZ, ALBERTO GASTON”;

                               El Contrato celebrado con fecha 4 de Mayo de 2016 con la firma “VELAZQUEZ, ALBERTO GASTON” para el ALQUILER DE CAMIONES VOLCADORES DESTINADOS A LA RECOLECCION DE ESCOMBROS, MONTÍCULOS Y RAMAS EN LA PLANTA URBANA Y BARRIO PERIFERICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LINCOLN, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

Que en consecuencia y por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE LINCOLN EN USO DE SUS ATRIBUCIONES:

D E C R E T A

ARTÍCULO 1º: Apruébese el contrato de fecha 4 de Mayo de 2016 celebrado con la firma “VELAZQUEZ, ALBERTO GASTON”, D.N.I. Nº 27.381.289, en su carácter de Adjudicatario de la Licitación Publica  Nº 01/2016 para el “ALQUILER DE CAMIONES VOLCADORES DESTINADOS A LA RECOLECCION DE ESCOMBROS, MONTÍCULOS Y RAMAS EN LA PLANTA URBANA Y BARRIOS PERIFERICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LINCOLN, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES”.

ARTÍCULO 2º: La compra solicitada corresponde imputarse a la fuente de financiamiento 110 de Tesoro Municipal, Jurisdicción 1110104000 Secretaria De Obras y Servicios Públicos, dependencia Secretaría Partida 3220 ALQUILER DE CAMION, del presupuesto de gastos vigente, existiendo saldo disponible a la fecha y reservando preventivamente la suma de $ 1.224.300,00- (PESOS UN MILLON DOSCIENTOS VEINTICUATRO MIL TRESCIENTOS CON 00/100). Conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, la adquisición debe realizarse mediante LICITACIÓN PUBLICA.

ARTÍCULO 3º: Refrenda el Sr. Secretario de Gobierno.

ARTICULO 4º: Comuníquese al Adjudicatario, Contaduría, Tesorería, Dirección de Compras, Secretaría  de Obras Públicas, a quien más corresponda. Publíquese en el Boletín Informativo Municipal. Regístrese y archívese.
