ORDENANZA

ARTICULO 1°.- Acéptese la RETROCESIÓN DE DOMINIO a favor de - - - - - - -  la Municipalidad de Coronel Suárez, del terreno nomenclatura catastral: Circ.XV- Secc.B- Ch.154- Mz. 154by- Parc.4, ubicado en Pueblo Santa Trinidad del Partido de Coronel Suárez.-

ARTICULO 2°.- Procédase a deslindar responsabilidades a los - - - - - - - -Sres. TOLEDO ANA MARÍA - DNI 29.920.966 y IBAÑEZ, RICARDO FRANCISCO- DNI 33.287.023, del pago de las tasas, atento no haber tomado posesión del inmueble y la retrocesión del dominio.-

ARTICULO 3°.- Desígnese a Escribanía General de Gobierno a - - - - - - - - realizar la correspondiente Escritura Traslativa de Dominio.-

ARTICULO 4°.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Departamento - - - - - - - - - -Ejecutivo y a quienes además corresponda, cúmplase, publíquese y oportunamente, archívese.-
