Visto

El presente Expediente mediante el cual se tramita el primer y segundo llamado a Licitación Pública N° 140 oportunamente dispuestos por Decretos Nros. 6441/23 y 7228/23 respectivamente, por el “SERVICIO DE CULTIVO DE DETECCIÓN DE ESTREPTOCOCO CON DESTINO A CUBRIR LAS NECESIDADES DEL AÑO 2024 DE LA MATERNIDAD SANTA ROSA, DEPENDIENTE DE LA SECRETARIA DE SALUD”, y

Considerando

Que conforme surge del Acta de Apertura obrante a fs.100 no se ha presentado ningún oferente en el segundo llamado a Licitación.

Que a fs. 103 la Comisión Ad Hoc de Preadjudicación, aconseja por unanimidad declarar desierto el segundo llamado y dejar sin efecto la Licitación.

Es por ello que LA INTENDENTA MUNICIPAL DE VICENTE LOPEZ, en uso de las atribuciones que le son propias

DECRETA

Artículo 1.- DECLARAR DESIERTO el segundo llamado a Licitación Pública N° 140 por el “SERVICIO DE CULTIVO DE DETECCIÓN DE ESTREPTOCOCO CON DESTINO A CUBRIR LAS NECESIDADES DEL AÑO 2024 DE LA MATERNIDAD SANTA ROSA, DEPENDIENTE DE LA SECRETARIA DE SALUD” y DEJAR SIN EFECTO la misma, por razones de mención exordial.

Artículo 2.- Por la Secretaria de Hacienda y Finanzas (Dirección General de Contaduría) proceder a anular la Solicitud de Gastos N° 0-31 obrante a fs. 98.

Artículo 3.- Refrendar el presente Decreto los Señores Secretarios de Hacienda y Finanzas y de Salud.

Artículo 4.- Tomar conocimiento la Secretaría de Hacienda y Finanzas (Direcciones Generales de Contaduría, Compras y Licitaciones y Tesorería) y de Salud.

Artículo 5.- Dar al Registro Municipal de Decretos, cumplir, hacer saber y oportunamente ARCHIVAR.
