Visto

VISTO: El Decreto municipal Nº 1838/2023 impreso en el Libro Rubricado del Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas 2023 por el cual se dispone el cese laboral y se abona la liquidación final del Sr. Salerno Goncalves Emilio Nicolás, DNI Nº 33.951.558, legajo N° 4407; y,

Considerando

CONSIDERANDO: Que, debido a un error involuntario, el artículo 1º quedó incorrectamente redactado, motivo por el cual resulta necesario llevar a cabo el acto administrativo pertinente para subsanarlo; por ello:           

EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL D E C R E T A

ARTICULO 1°.- RECTIFICAR en el Libro Rubricado del Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas 2023, el Decreto municipal Nº 1838/2023, quedando redactado el artículo 1º de la siguiente manera: “ARTICULO 1°.- DISPONER el cese del agente municipal Salerno Goncalves Emilio Nicolás, DNI Nº 33.951.558, legajo N° 4407, en el cargo de Director de Deportes, a partir del 10 de diciembre de 2023.” ARTICULO 2°.- Refrendado por el Sr. Secretario de Gobierno. H.V.GATICA. M. TOMASINO. ARTICULO 3°.- FIRMAR, REGISTRAR, COMUNICAR, PUBLICAR,  DAR AL BOLETIN   OFICIAL Y ARCHIVAR.-
